Testimony: O.I.H.R.

On 24 October 2018, the family of a 14-year-old boy from Al Arrub refugee camp is given a summons at 3:00 a.m. In accordance with the summons the boy goes to Etzion settlement for interrogation. The boy reports being threatened with a gun.

On 26 August 2018, a 15-year-old youth is arrested after he attended Binyamin Police Station in response to a summons delivered at 2:00 a.m. He is released on 13 September 2018 after his father paid NIS 3,000.

On 5 September 2018, a 14-year-old boy from Qalandiya refugee camp is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 3:00 p.m. during clashes. He reports being interrogated at midnight without consulting with a lawyer or being informed of his right to silence.

On 30 May 2018, a 15-year-old boy from Bil’in is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:30 a.m. He reports not being informed of his right to silence or his right to consult with a lawyer prior to interrogation.

On 7 May 2018, a 13-year-old boy from Azzun is detained by Israeli soldiers at 5:00 p.m. He reports being interrogated without first being informed of his right to consult with a lawyer or his right to silence. He is released without charge at 1:30 a.m.

On 6 May 2018, a 13-year-old boy is detained by Israeli soldiers during clashes near his school at 11:00 a.m. He reports being taken to the settlement of Psagot and questioned without being informed of his legal rights. He is released without charge at 6:30 p.m.

On 21 April 2018, a 13-year-old boy from Azzun is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:30 a.m. following an incident in the street two days earlier. He reports being interrogated twice and, on both occasions, he was informed of his legal rights.

On 21 April 2018, a 17-year-old youth from Al Arrub camp is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:30 a.m. He reports being interrogated without first being informed of his right to silence or right to consult with a lawyer. He is released without charge on 24 April 2018.

On 16 April 2018, a 15-year-old youth from Jayyus is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 4:00 a.m. He reports being interrogated without first being informed of his right to consult with a lawyer or his right to silence.

Testimony: A.M.A.I.

On 15 April 2018 a 14-year-old boy from Al Arrub refugee camp goes to Etzion police station in response to a summons. He reports that he was initially interrogated without consulting with a lawyer or being informed of his right to silence.
