Testimony: S.S.I.D.

On 10 January 2019, a 17-year-old youth is stopped at a flying checkpoint by Israeli soldiers at 10:00 p.m. He is searched and found in possession of a Swiss Army knife he reports using at work. He reports not being informed of his rights.

On 18 November 2018, a 17-year-old youth from Kafr Ni’ma is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:15 a.m. His father is provided with a document written in Hebrew. He is released on NIS 2,000 bail on 26 November 2018.

On 31 October 2018, a 16-year-old youth from Azzun is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2.30 a.m. He reports being subjected to physical violence before being informed of his right to silence and speaking to a lawyer by phone.

On 24 October 2018, the family of a 14-year-old boy from Al Arrub refugee camp is given a summons at 3:00 a.m. In accordance with the summons the boy goes to Etzion settlement for interrogation. The boy reports being threatened with a gun.

On 13 October 2018, a 14-year-old boy from Tuqu is served with a summons by Israeli soldiers at 3:00 a.m. The boy complies with the summons but is arrested by soldiers on 14 October at 4:00 a.m.

On 28 September 2018, a 13-year-old boy from An Nabi Saleh is detained by Israeli soldiers at 5:00 p.m. on his way to the shops. He reports being questioned without being informed of his legal rights. He is released the same day.

On 28 September 2018, an 11-year-old boy from An Nabi Saleh is detained by Israeli soldiers outside a shop in his village and accused of throwing stones. He is questioned and released after more than 4 hours in custody.

On 14 September 2018, a 15-year-old youth from Beit Ummar is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 3:00 p.m. during clashes in his village. He reports being interrogated without prior access to a lawyer or being informed of his right to silence.

On 14 September 2018, a 15-year-old youth from Beit Ummar is arrested by Israeli soldiers during clashes at 2:30 p.m. He reports that he was permitted to speak to a lawyer by phone prior to interrogation.

Testimony: R.N.A.M.

On 14 September 2018, a 16-year-old youth from Beit Ummar is arrested by Israeli soldiers during clashes in his village at 2.30 p.m. He is accused of protesting and throwing stones. A military court sentences him to 45 days and a fine of NIS 1,500.
