Testimony: I.J.S.J.

On 18 August 2017, a 16-year-old youth from Kafr Qaddum is detained by Israeli soldiers at 5:30 p.m. on his way to the shops during weekly protests. He is accused of throwing stones and setting fire to tyres but is released without charge 4 hours later.

Testimony: M.D.M.A.

On 9 August 2017, a 14-year-old boy from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:00 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He reports that the interrogator did not inform him of his right to silence but instead told him that he "must talk".

Testimony: M.K.A.M.

On 7 August 2017, a 15-year-old youth from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:30 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He reports being permitted to speak to a lawyer prior to interrogation but was not informed of his right to silence by the interrogator.

On 3 August 2017, a 14-year-old boy from Tuqu' is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:00 a.m. and accused of wanting to stab a soldier and throwing Molotov cocktails. He is released without charge on 6 August 2017

On 10 July 2017, a 15-year-old youth is arrested by Israeli soldiers at an archaeological site and accused of pointing a laser and throwing fireworks at Israeli settlers in the area. He is released without charge 7 hours later after being threatened with a gun.

On 13 June 2017, a 15-year-old youth from Al 'Arrub refugee camp is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 6:00 a.m. He is accused of throwing stones and protesting and reports being interrogated without being informed of his legal rights.

Testimony: R.T.I.A.

On 11 July 2017, the family of a 13-year-old boy are given a summons by Israeli soldiers at 1:30 a.m. The boy complies with the summons but is not questioned. On 13 July, soldiers come to the family's house in Tuqu' and arrest the boy at 2:00 a.m.

On 3 July 2017, a 14-year-old boy from Kafr Qaddum is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 4:00 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He reports that the interrogator did not inform him of his right to silence but allowed him to speak to a lawyer. He is released on 12 July 2017.

On 3 July 2017, a 15-year-old youth from Kafr Qaddum is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 4:00 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He reports not being informed of his legal rights prior to interrogation. He is released on bail on 12 July 2017.

Testimony: S.M.S.O.

On 3 July 2017, a 16-year-old youth is arrested by Israeli soldiers at 5:00 a.m. and accused of throwing stones. He is released on bail of NIS 1,500 due to insufficient evidence on 12 July 2017 after 9 days in detention.
