On 31 March 2013, a 14-year-old boy from the village of Al Khadr, near Bethlehem was arrested by Israeli soldiers during a demonstration at 3:30 p.m. He reports ill-treatment and does not recall being informed of his legal rights under Israeli military law. He reports spending 25 days in prison and being fined NIS 3,000.

On 27 March 2013, a 16-year-old boy from Deir Nidham was arrested by Israeli soldiers at 2:00 a.m. and accused of throwing stones and Molotov cocktails. He reports ill-treatment and being denied his basic legal rights under Israeli military law. He was released without charge 5 days later.
